Lost Package Policy: Packages with tracking that do not show up due to carrier error or package theft will only be replaced (at no additional charge) if the order value exceeds $80 USD. Small packages without tracking, such as stickers under $10 shipped with stamps, that do not show up, will be replaced free of charge.
